Menu SystemA tree-type hierarchical navigation keeps your wiki organized and easy to use. The number of levels in the navigation tree can be limited artificially (e.g. to 3 levels) or can be unlimited. Right-clicking on a navigation element opens a context menu to add new pages or delete existing pages. Reorganize the page hierarchy by drag-and-drop of single files as well as multiple files / folders at once. |

Project ManagementThe ToDo List business module for telepark.wiki lets you manage and prioritise tasks across your entire team. It has been designed for speed and ease of use. ToDo notifications can be very fine-tuned and be made dependent on the status of the ToDo items. Example: the enduser customer or "sponsor" of a project might only want to receive ToDo notifications with status "new" and "done". Using the keyword CHECKLIST in your ToDo item description, followed by a list of single-line QA items will prevent the status "done" unless each QA item has been checked. Upload a document or picture or screenshot for each ToDo item individually, to make things clear. Benefit from the smart Screenshot Tool for Skype and telepark.wiki which lets you make screenshots and create new ToDo items in one go. Keep an eye on time spent for each project managed with a ToDo List. Time is automatically summed up per ToDo List for: items to be done, items done overall and items done in the current month. |
