1. Login as "superadmin"
Log in to your Wiki webpage as "superadmin". The password is also "superadmin".

Change your password in the settings.

Enter your new password and click save.

The following options can only be used if you are logged in as "superadmin" or if you have the appropriate rights.
2. Create a New Page
Right click on the highest level of your Wiki Website tree. A menu will appear in which you can click on "Add Page".

The second option for creating a new Wiki page is clicking on the "Add" button in the Wiki menu bar.

In both cases, the editor will appear and you can start creating your new page.

3. Edit Page
There are two ways to edit a Wiki page. The first is by right clicking on the menu for the Wiki page you want to edit and clicking "Edit Page"..

Or you can click on the "Edit" menu button while you are on the Wiki page you would like to edit.

In both cases, you can access the editor and edit your Wiki page.
4. Move Pages
If you created a Wiki page in the wrong place, you can move it using "Drag and Drop". That means that you hold your mouse cursor over the Wiki page that you want to move and click the left mouse button. Hold the left mouse button down. Now move the mouse cursor with the Wiki page to the location to which you want to move the page and let the left mouse button go.

5. Place links
To place internal or external links, mark the text or image for which a link is to be created. Click the "insert/edit link" button
to open the options window. You can place internal links by clicking the "Browse Menu" button and then double clicking on the Wiki article to which you want to link.

External links or E-mails are listed in the dropdown menu. Choose "URL" to link to another website.

You can also upload documents to your server and then create links for them. To do this, choose the link type "URL" and the open the upload tab. There, you can search on your PC for the document you want to link and click on the "Send to Server" button. The link will automatically be generated. Click "OK" to finish creating the link.

6. Upload Images
If you want to add images to a Wiki page, you can upload them to your server via the editor. To do this, click on the "Insert/Edit Image" icon
. A window will appear which offers several options. Choose the "upload" option and click on search. Find the image you want to have on your Wiki page and send it to the server by clicking on the "Send to Server" button.
Set the image properties as you would like them and click "OK".

7. Wiki Settings
Wiki offers different setting options which can be found under the "Settings" menu.

They are for personalizing and managing the Wiki website.
8. User Groups and Rights
To create user groups, click on the "Settings" menu button and then on groups. Enter the names for a group and click on "New". When you click on this group in the menu, you can addd group members by clicking on the "Group Users" button or you can create tags.

If you only want certain users to have access to a certain Wiki page, you have to choose the article and choose the "Permissions" button in the menu.

A window will open in which you can specify groups that should have, i.e. viewing only rights.
