Edit page
There are 2 options for editing a wiki page:
Right click on the Wiki page that should be edited and a context menu will open. Choose "Edit page" in the context menu.
Or choose Edit in the Wiki page bar:
Menu label
The label identifies a page in the menu. It should be short and representative for the content of the page.
Select module
There are 6 "Page modules" to choose from as shown below:

It is recommended to choose the appropriate module, to maintain a logic structure throughout the Wiki Website
Paste icons
Content from MS Word can be pasted in a Wiki page.
Once all the pop-up blockers have been disabled, the following dialog box appears:

Templete icon
Clicking on the template icon will open the following dialog box:

There are 3 page templates you can choose from. To select a template, click on it in the dialog box and it will be applied to the Wiki page.
Sourcecode icon
Clicking on the soucecode icon will open the following dialog box:

Content can be added in the "More text goes here" area, and formatted by inserting html tags.
Formatting icons
Several icons are available for text formatting:

The bold, italic, underline, or strike through styles can be applied.
Underscripts and superscripts, numbered or bulleted lists can be insterted.
The text can be alligned to the left, center, right, or justified.
Create and remove links
Clicking on the "Insert/Edit Link" button, will open the following dialog box:

Under Link Type, 4 options are available:
- Internal URL - for links within the Wiki website
- URL - for linking a text such as, for example "click here" to a www website
- Link to anchor in the text - to link to an existent anchor
- E-mail - to insert a "clickable" e-mail address in the content and send a message
Clicking "OK" will save the changes.
To remove a link, select the linked text and click on "Remove Link".
Create anchors
Use this icon
to create an anchor.
Clicking on it will open the following dialog box:

Type a name in the editable field, in this case "My Anchor" and click OK to save the changes.
The following yellow anchor sign will appear in the content window:

You can then insert a link to this anchor using the "Insert/Edit Link" button.
Upload and embed pictures
Use this icon
to upload and embed pictures.
Clicking on it, will open the "Image Properties" dialog box:

Select or upload the desired image using the "Browse Server" button. Clicking on this button, will open the following window:

On the left side the resource type can be chosen, under which a folders tree structure will be shown if existent. On the right side of the window a list is shown with all the files available in that particular folder. If the image already exists in the server click it. If it is in a diffrent folder, browse to select it.
If the image does not exist on the server you can upload it from your hard drive. It can be uploaded in the current folder or in a new one by clicking "Create New Folder" in the lower side of the window. Then click "Browse" to open the Windows "File Upload" window and browse and select the desired image from your hard drive. Click "OK" in the "File Upload" window and then click "Upload" to upoad the image from your hard drive to the server in the chosen folder.
Clicking on the image file will copy the path in the URL field in the "Image Properties" dialog box (see above).
The image size can be adjusted by entering a value in the Width and Height fields. Horizontal and vertical borders can be established as well as the image alignment (e.g.left, abs bottom, abs middle, baseline etc.). An image preview is available as well, as shown below:

After making all the needed adjustments, click OK to save the changes and the image will be automatically inserted in the wiki page.
Create a table
Click "Insert/Edit table" to create a table. The following dialog box will open:

Fill-in the editable fields as needed, such as: rows and columns, width and height, alignment (left, center, right), cell spacing and padding etc. A short summary can be entered as well.
Click OK to save.
Select text format
10 text formats are available to choose from: 4 standard formats and 6 headings, as shown below.

Font type and size
6 of the most common font types are available to choose from, as shown below:
7 font sizes are available, from XXS to XXL:
