Visual Editor
A Word-like visual editor is a core part of telepark.wiki. You can format text, embed images, create tables and link to internal Wiki pages or any Internet address. Pasting from Microsoft Word is supported with multiple options.

Page comments
Your visitors and team members can leave comments to individual pages. These are added to the bottom of your page and you have the option of deleting them. A special notification option sends you an email each time a new comment is added so you don't have to check the Wiki site yourself every day.

File attachments for pages
You can upload and attach any number of files of any kind to each Wiki page. Simply select the file from your local hard drive and telepark.wiki will upload it to your Wiki site.

Sitemap generation for SEO
Sitemaps are an easy way for webmasters to inform search engines about pages on their sites that are available for crawling. telepark.wiki automatically generates a sitemap that lists URLs for your site so that search engines can crawl the site and find your information.

Bookmarking individual pages
Bookmarks are Web page locations (URLs), i.e. individual pages of your Wiki, that are stored by your Web browser for quick access. In addition, this lets you easily identify the Internet address of each page of your telepark.wiki site.

Upload and link any file type
You can upload any filetype to telepark.wiki and offer it for download by linking to the file within an article ("add link"). These can be Microsoft Office files, PDF documents, CAD drawings or Photoshop graphics. An even faster way is to directly attach files to pages (see "File attachments for pages" above).

AJAX Web technology
We are religious about the user friendliness of our Business Web Applications. It's built into our products DNA and makes use of the latest AJAX Web technologies to achieve this. You will find telepark.wiki to be not just easy but fun to use - with drag-and-drop, context menus and fast page loading.

Drag-and-drop menu
In addition to free linking and fulltext search, we believe in information hierarchies. telepark.wiki makes it easy to reorganize the page hierarchy by drag-and-drop of single files as well as multiple files / folders at once. Even very large Wiki stay organized.

Password for editors
In case that not every visitor of your Wiki should be able to edit and add pages, simply set a password for editors. Only those users who know the password are then able to change pages (telepark.wiki does not require a user registration and therefore does not support user-level permissions).

Fulltext Search
Efficient fulltext search across all page contents.

Protected Pages
To hide pages, even from editors, set a telepark.wiki super-password and assign it to pages only you and your core team should be able to view and edit. All other Wiki users won't even notice that those super-password-marked pages exist.

Page Locking
When two users edit the same page, whose version is to be stored? telepark.wiki locks the page for editing. And it is smart about unlocking: it unlocks the page for editing when the user is done but also when he navigates to some other page or even when he simply closes his browser window.

Change Notification
The automatic change notification system sends out an email, at most once a day, when something has been changed or added to the Wiki site. The whole process of registering user emails, removing emails from the notification list, checking for content updates, creating the notification email and sending notifications out to all recipients is included with telepark.wiki Professional Edition and works right out of the box. Better still: telepark.wiki's email notification system works without so-called "cron jobs".
